Welcome to the Energy Session, a one-of-a-kind session designed to check up on your energy health. We know how important it is for you to feel balanced and connected to yourself, so this session gives you a powerful and quick boost of energy that helps get you back on track. The Energy Session grants you access to a unique type of energy alignment. Our focus is working with the seven main chakras —the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown— as well as tuning in your overall energetic vibration. This allows us to assess where there may be disturbances or blockages along the way. By providing you with an understanding of what areas need fundamental flexing or fortifying within each chakra, we’ll give you the opportunity make real changes in your life and have less frequent flares-ups in imbalances. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable about the energy system within our bodies and how its functioning relates to how we function both mentally and physically every day, I provide services that are sincere yet witty. Through good natured humor and an ability to cut through second guessing about what a person needs help with we’ll break down barriers quickly allowing transformation to take place at lightning speed. For those seeking self growth or simply wanting connection this opportunity is for you! Comes with a report of your session including how I found your energy, where there were blockages and imbalances, how I cleared and balanced them together with an overview of each chakra and what they are responsible for and some hints and tips of how you can keep your chakras open and flowing yourself at home
